Electricity Council Pension

I worked at the Electricity Council at 30 Millbank, London in the late 1970's and am trying to find my pension. The Electricity Council no longer exists as confirmed on the HMRC website for pension tracking. Does anyone know how I can find where my pension has gone?

Is this part of the National Grid Scheme now? An old acquaintance worked at Millbank and his widow's pension is administered now by Epal.
