    Hi Thrugelmir ,I think i'm turning into a if the apocolypse occurs type as i get older wish I could be less of a planner but we have had our health scare so time to clear then enjoy .To to many people dying or getting sick around me so want debt clear while fit and then travel more .
    Read interest rate wrong its came through at 3.04% no fees :j five years it may be .
    So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

  • My hubby and I are mortgage free but have just got a new mortgage to buy our daughter and partner a house, to get them onto the housing ladder. With Brexit looming, I'm worried about the house prices dropping and the kids paying us the mortgage payments, for a house that has dropped considerably in price - Can anyone advise please??     hi fran think a lot will be along to declare you were mad to take mortgage debt on in your own name but think thats very kind of you to give your kids a leg up x

    Find a decent lender Halifax a rubbish for small mortgages or retention deals as you mortgage gets smaller

    I'm hoping to make until July 2019 relatively unscathed.
    Only 1 rise as yet-praying to avoid upto 2 or mores rises until then.
    Although not immediately effected during 2 yrs fix-watching natwide base mtg rate climb above 4%
    2019-year of uncertainty
    Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb
