Mortgage for property with agri tie & land?

Does anybody know of a lender who might be prepared to offer 80% ltv on a rural property with over 10ah of land?
None of the mainstream lenders are interested, I have tried several of the smaller building societies etc. and nine of them have been very keen either!
Just looking for some names so i can trawl through their lending requirements!

The property has an agricultural occupancy condition attached, I only want to use it for residential use so that seems to exclude most of the agricurtural lenders!0
