Vanguard Lifestrategy UCITS Question

Hi
Hopefully someone can help with a simple query on the Vanguard Lifestrategy funds for investing in a SIPP.
In the Tim Hale ‘Smarter Investing’ books, he recommends that all funds are UCITS III approved. I have seen UCITS as a ‘category’ for some information pages on these Vangard funds but nothing to clearly show if they meet this criteria.
Thanks for any pointers.
