I want to be mortgage free when I move house
Hi, I am moving house (due to a relationship break up). I will be £4,500 short of being debt free for the house I am buying. What is the best way to borrow that amount of money? Would I be better off putting it on a credit card and then transferring the balance to a 0% credit card? Or would a loan be a better option

It depends.
Possibly money transfer. Possibly loan.
Depends on your circumstances, who you need to pay and your repayment timeframes.0 -
A 0% money transfer card sounds like ideal solution if you can get the limit0

technically you will be mortgage free because you can't get a mortgage for £4500 (unless the house is worth about £10K or less).0
