Moving home - mortgage .. HELP!!

I'm moving home and currently have a mortgage with Nationwide....

Where can i get the best deal please?!!

Looking at 70% LTV fixed for 3-5 years.

    Do you meet affordability with all lenders? Any lenders' criteria you won't satisfy? Any issues with the property some lenders might not like?

    He has another thread on the go, not wanting to include his wife on the Mortgage as she does not work.

    Yeah, affordability is fine could lend 100k more and home is sound. 15 years old
