Hi all brand new to this but I have a bit of info regarding sky customers struggling to pay monthly bill or big outstanding balance , basically every customer is entitled to 1 debt write off per annum , and there is a specific department called the debt write off team just ask to be put through and explain circumstances , hope this info helps , I had 350 quid write off
