SLS free toothpaste

SLS makes the skin on the inside of my mouth peel. I'm also allergic to citrus fruits. I've been using Earthpaste spearmint toothpaste but am concerned it doesn't have fluoride and that I might get more damage to my teeth. I grind my teeth in my sleep but wear a mouth guard for this. I haven't had a filling in 3 years and my gums are perfectly healthy now I've stopped using toothpaste with SLS in, before they were red, swollen, and bleeding.

Are there are specialist toothpastes I can use that will help prevent cavities etc?

There are many sls free toothpastes that contain fluoride
Lidl dentalux and herbalux toothpaste
Oral b professional and some other oral b toothpastes
Some but not all of the sensodyne toothpastes
Many of the Superdrug own brand toothpastes
Tanner and Dawood toothpastes
Colgate sensitive toothpaste

You don't need a specialist toothpaste just one sls free with fluoride.
