Someone we know, wishes to be able to book National Express tickets in Peterborough but has no idea where this can be done. They do not use internet. They say it used to be done in bus station, but have heard this is not so now. Please could someone offer advice. Oh yes, they are not comfortable using the telephone as they are partially deaf.

Could a friend not have googled or phoned for them?
You can buy tickets at the station or on the bus. Presuming it's not already booked up.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
