Mortgage Question

Just a quick question really, i have a personal loan with 30 months left to pay at 390 a month, if i apply for a mortgage would their be a different amount they would lend me if i didn't have the loan.
Its a loan i got for my car, but if the opportunity for a higher lending amount for a property came along, the car would go, and i would use the equity in it to get a more sensible cheaper model :-)

Plug the figures in an affordability calculator or 2.
