Just had a response from Abbey Life re mis sold Annuity.
They have sent me a copy of what they claim was the original quotation paperwork sent to me .
However their front sheet whilst being identical to the one i still hold on the first page is then totally different . Theirs has printing on the back, and numbers 2of 6 , whilst my original is blank and i did not receive the additional 5 pages of info which is the info they are using to refuse my claim.
Advise on how i should proceed please . I have 2 original annuity quote packs which show the same info.

You haven't said what your complaint is. So, it is hard to know what you are complaining about or how we can help.
What we do know is that Abbey Life didn't give advice. So, your complaint must be something to do with processing or a non-advice issue.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The jist I got, is that the OP seems to have only one page of (single-sided) documentation, and Abby have sent a further 5 pages, double-sided, which the OP doesn't have, and has apparently never had.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
It sounds like you might have a photocopy of the front page of the original quote. Does it look like an original or a photocopy at all? Where did your original quote come from? Was it from Abbey themselves or via some sort of intermediary? They have sent me a copy of what they claim was the original quotation paperwork sent to me. What is it that was mis-sold and how does it depend on the missing five pages?0 -

I was thinking about the actual complaint reason as this thing about papers could just be an irrelevant goose chase for what the real issue is.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
