Anyone have any ideas for savoury recipes other than pasta sauces?

    The trouble with quark is it splits if you cook it on too high a heat. It's good for stirring into things that are cooked to start with, so you could try it in a stroganoff after you've cooked the meat or mushrooms or whatever, in soups, or as above, with mushrooms and chopped parsley on toast, scrambled egg to richen it up....
