The trouble with quark is it splits if you cook it on too high a heat. It's good for stirring into things that are cooked to start with, so you could try it in a stroganoff after you've cooked the meat or mushrooms or whatever, in soups, or as above, with mushrooms and chopped parsley on toast, scrambled egg to richen it up....Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
