Surveyor sent out, but not had confirmation from lender of completion?

Hi, i have recently applied for a mortgage with Platform (Co-op) - back and forth sending proof of ID and address are done, now proof of deposit asked i sent that last week, they got back to my advisor now stating one of the bank statements never had my partners address on and they need proof of her address, so advisor's simply sent a council tax bill with her address on which he claims should be enough for the sake of address
Meanwhile the seller has contact me personally updating me saying the surveyor is coming on Wednesday he has been told - would this ideally mean i've passed the checks?
They've only asked for her proof of address, they've not questioned the bank statements/deposits which is always a good thing, it sounds like they're at the end of their part regarding the application side of things, and the fact a surveyor is already going out, would it be wrong in presuming that we've passed the checks, otherwise it's a waste of time their side sending someone out?
I understand the valuation of the property could determant the final output from a lender.

We may be at the same stage, our valuation was carried out Wednesday but didn’t hear anything back so asked my broker who told me they are currently a couple of days behind on assessing valuations. Also with Platform by the way. Broker said this is the last stage before an offer is issued. So fingers crossed for you0
