Can anyone help?
Letter of Notice of Transfer of Proceedings didn't even have address to contact or send forms to, just name of County Court.
Want to send back N56, but now not sure of best or quickest way to do that, or even which address?
Should it still be sent to original CCMCC in Salford, or to the County Court it's now been transferred to?
Or is the transfer to local County Court just for purposes of enforcement and local agent to serve N61, and N56 can still be sent to original court? Thank you.

I would suggest opening your own thread, to avoid any confusion with the OP, and when you do, could you please include the date that the N56 was sent to you, and the date on the notice of transfer of proceedings and I am sure we will be able to help.
