It's often less important what your strategy is than that you stick with one strategy. It might be worth trying to get comfortable with this one before churning the whole portfolio again in such a short space of time. (Or at least try to get comfortable with the property holding, where you'll be writing off your £5000 initial premium if you churn.)0

Logically your portfolio should be uncorrelated. Holding property would give you this. Plenty of storm clouds on the horizon. That give reason to be nervous about high exposure to a pure equity portfolio. Nor do bonds generally provide a totally safe haven.0
