What happens if cb cancelled

My husbands 18 year may continue in college but as yet he hasn’t rung cms to find out as we don’t know procedure ie if she gets employment then when would the child benefit be cancelled and would they then let cms know and then would the cms write to us to let us know case is closing? Thanks

    check the .gov website for child benefit. It explains the rules for Child Benefit there as I believe it depends on what level of course she is doing.
