    I would start with a loan, you might be able to get £25K, who knows. Lloyds now offers loans up to £40-50K for some customers. But I don't think you have any chance to get it from cards if you don't have them already with high limits. You can do dry run application for loan on Lloyds website. They will tell you how much you can borrow and at what APR.

    No-one is getting a £25k loan on a £20k salary, unless it's a mortgage.
