I get the same train every week using the Network Railcard. Usually it's £13.75 from Euston to Berkhamsted with an off peak return (within 1 month).
Today it was £14.20.
Does anyone know where this 3.3% increase has come from?

Yes the chief executive needs to pony up for the champagne at the executives Christmas party hence they’ve decided to whack a 3.3% surcharge on all tickets till Christmas..... don’t mind do you?0

In general train fares increase (or decrease) 3 times a year, January, May & September with January being the more high profile price rise which gets most of the media coverage.
For whatever reason London Northwestern Railways have decided to increase that fare by 3.3% in the September price changes, and sadly there isn't a lot you can do about it0
