It does say free samples with your order, do you think we will get them anyway if we cahnce our arm?

I asked for these samples last week and some small sachets of the Dermalogica stuff arrived a couple of days later although I had not ordered anything else from them or paid any postage. I think there were six samples in the envelope.

It seems they've stopped sending out samples at the moment because too many people have asked for them. I got this email following my order....

Thank you for your recent sample order. Unfortunately we are unable to
fulfil your order due to circumstances beyond our control. On the 24th
Of
May it appears that we were subjected to a high volume of traffic on our
web site that was directed to us via a chat room where people's sole
purpose of visiting our online store was to obtain free samples.

Whilst the original offer of free samples was a genuine one to allow
people to experience our products and make an informed choice before
purchasing, it is now not possible to ascertain genuine interest in the
products & people exploiting our 'free sample' offer with no intention
of making a purchase.

We hope to resume this service in the future, however if your interest
was genuine please contact me on 020 8744 2427 and we will fulfil your
request for samples.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope you
understand.

I've just tried asking for samples, I got an e-mail back confirming the sample request, no mention of the "unable to fulfill your request" message, looks like my order went through........but I'll wait and see if I get anything in the post!

I just received an email saying they were only giving out free samples with orders

I also got the e-mail saying the free samples were being stopped due to the large volume of traffic etc etc. I phoned the number and the lady that answered was Myrna who sent the e-mail, she was really nice, I gave her my free sample order confirmation number and she said the free samples would be sent right out to me :j Will let you know if and when they arrive.

5 Samples received in post today. Originally applied for a few more but somethings better than nothing.

i thought the same, but if you check out 'dermalogica' in google, there are loadsa sites offering discounts! Also, i sent free sample requests from lots my friends/family, then they give to me!
