Lowell “prove it” information wrong?

Hey everyone.

Basically I have around 10k of debt mostly with Lowell. Over the years I’ve avoided it but now I’m ready to get stuck in. I approached Lowell via email and basically told them to prove it (using a template) they put my account on hold while they do that.

Today I recieved the first bit which is a final bill from EE, no original agreement. However the concerning thing to me is that this bill states I had 5 handsets!!! I don’t dispute I had a handset around that time with EE. Heck maybe even 2 (one for the hubs) but there is no way that I would’ve been a) allowed 5 b) required 5

I’m not entirely sure what to do about this and or how to tackle it? Any ideas? :)
