Question regarding Joint Tenancy and Seperation from Ex

Hi all,
So this is a bit of an unusual one and I'm sure the answer will be seek legal advice but I'm just wondering what other experiences others have had with this.
So prior to getting married, my ex and I entered a joint tenancy mortgage for a property that we lived in together. I paid in about a 3rd of what she did for the deposit and we split the mortgage payments 50/50.
We then got married and are now divorced. When I moved out of the flat we agreed I'd stop paying for the mortgage.
But when she brought the divorce against me she never filed a financial court order and neither have I as of yet.
Right now I checked and I'm still on the mortgage and land deed.
To further complicate matters while separated she was living in the property and I was/am renting, but she has now started renting it out and moved out of the country.
So going forward, I don't think i'll be able to get off the mortgage if she doesn't live in the UK. As speaking to Nationwide, they'd want her to come into a branch to do a financial check she could own the property herself. But as she's renting it out, would they do a BLT value check instead?
I'm pretty lost on working this all out and essentially I just want out of the property and my share of it. As I paid a 3rd into the deposit, am I entitled to that much? I assume as I wasn't paying into the mortgage when I moved out, I can't claim 50%? now?
