Single applicant with Fiance

Myself and my partner are currently renting privately which is due to end at the end of the year.

I have applied for a a mortgage in my name only as my partner has a satisfied CCJ from 2015 showing on her credit report.

We are not financially linked in any way having checked myself with all 3 credit agencies.

So I will be responsible for all the mortgage payments, bills etc which is easily doable on my wage alone and then hopefully in the next 3 yrs we can add my partner onto the mortgage when her CCjs have gone away.

My question is regarding a consent to mortgage form, it's my understanding that the lender will want one filled out by my partner as she will be living in the property with me without actually having any financial link with it.

I have looked over the forums and they seem to be just a witness signed piece of paper consenting that she would move out if I left and couldn't have any legal standing to stay?

Any info on this would be great.

Thanks
