1. The Prize consists of 1 x NEFF Slide&Hide® VarioSteam oven - B57VS24N0B (the “Prize”)
2. TheCompetitionisopentoresidentsofUnitedKingdom(excludingNorthern Ireland), aged 18 and over, excluding employees of BSH Home Appliances
Limited, their families, or agents of BSH Home Appliances Ltd.
3. In order to be entered into the competition, entrants must opt in to receive future correspondence from NEFF (full details of the opt in are within entry page so entrants can see exactly what they are agreeing to) by completing the form on the NEFF website, including their First Name, Last Name, email and postal address.
4. Only one entry allowed per household.
5. The competition will be promoted on social channels, enewsletter, NEFF website and digital banners.
6. The Competition will commence at 9am on 28th August 2018 and end at midnight on 6th November.
7. There will be one competition winner and the winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing time of the Competition.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake any action as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
9. The winner will be contacted via email within three days of the draw using the contact details provided in the entry. If the winner does not acknowledge notification within seven days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw Prize entitlement and award the Prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the
original winner.
10.Once the winner has been selected the Promoter will make contact by email to arrange delivery of the Prize to an address supplied by the winner. Please note delivery cannot be made to Northern Ireland. .
