but a lender may ask for one, single, latest payslip.

I should have added that the final payment made in July 2018 was to a company called Cabot Finance. Essentially the debt was passed to them a few years ago - but again i have a letter from them to say its all paid off.
If your debts were passed to a third party for collection. May not endear you to those particular lenders should you apply to them. Like elephants, lenders have long memories.0 -

Thats ok then, the debts were passed from HBOS a good few years ago now.
