Doesn't specifically state you have to be, at least near Gloucestershire ... so I'm assuming this is open to all but you might have to pay for your own delivery, or it could be construed that if you're 10 miles outwith the delivery area they'll charge you a bit extra for shipping (because it's the actual shop that delivers it in their wee van), however they're unlikely to want to deliver to Scotland. Who knows
