Recipe to use left over scones

Hi all,
I’m just back from a week away at the folks’ and have some scones left that I baked before we went away. Probably about half a dozen. I think we’re a bit tired of them now as I made quite a few.
Suggestions for using them up? Probably too late to freeze them and I don’t want to waste them.
Ideas for using them up? :D

Could you make a bread and butter pudding with them?

I found a recipe for a bread and butter pudding. Don’t have any cream and don’t want to buy some just to use the scones up so I’ll be using a trick using whole milk and butter.
    Thanks for the suggestions

Before you use them in something else, just check they haven't gone musty tasting. Would be a shame to waste eggs, milk etc. if the have. Hopefully they'll just be hard and stale.

If they are still ok how about a topping for fruit, a sort of crumble/cobbler type dish?
