If you paid by credit card and the business have ceased trading then contact your credit card company. The credit card company will eventually refund as they have joint liability under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

Doesn't apply to debit card transactions, although I believe there may be a form of redress using visa debit card rules/banking code.

76 Firedrake Croft is a 3rd floor residential flat, either these people have owned it since 2004 or they rent it. It's not the worst area but certainly not the best either. There is sign of life there this morning.
