2nd Cpc affect mortgage application
Hello, I need a car for work and it seems my company is pushing us to take a car cash allowance so we buy our own car by putting rubbish unsuitable cars on the new order list, I currently have a cpc running for my wife's car what I pay as she looks after my toddler's and we are also looking at buying a new house. The company will put a monthly payment on my payslip for the car but will this affect how much I can borrow for a morgage, as my outgoing will have 2cpc? I know it will Make my income more but my longterm debt will be high also so I'm worried if will affect what I can borrow on a home.

It should be PCP, my phone predictive text changed this and I cannot edit the post.0

Lenders will look at your overall income and debts/outgoings, so yes, all factors can have an impact.
The extent of the impact will vary by lender.0
