Career Development Loan ending 25th Jan 2019, replacement in the pipeline?what should I get instead?

Your page on the Career Development Loan ( first post, can't post links :-/ ) needs updating as the government is closing this scheme the 25th of January 2019
( first post, can't post links :-/ ) and as I am looking to study September 2019 and cannot apply for the loan until 2 months prior to the start date this is no longer valid for me.

Will something be replacing it?

What can I do?

I already have a BA(Hons) and this is for a Diploma.
