Difference between Vitamin D supplements

I am looking to start taking Vitamin D but I am unsure about the uG and IU ratings.
Can anyone compare these 2 to see which has the stronger dose?

Based off a quick Google and this calculator:

I say the Amazon one is far stronger.0 -
I do not see what type of vitamin D is contained in the Wilko product. The Amazon one is D3. There are Vitamin D2 and D3 types with the D3 being closest to what the body needs, requiring less work by the body before it can be used.
I prefer liquid D3 and use a 1000iu per drop variety. I used to get one called Drop of Sunshine which was a 60ml bottle with 1000iu per drop which was very good value and lasted a very long time. It shows it as 5000iu which is 5 drops, the recommended dosage. However it has become very difficult to find after it disappeared from Amazon.

It allows much easier dosing rather than being a fixed quantity in a capsule/tablet etc.
Vitamin K2 is also very helpful and is sometimes included in some Vitamin D3 supplements.
Have a look around to see what you can find.0
