Paying early HTB or Mortgage.

Hello everyone.
I have a doubt about what to do with some of spare cash I have for pay my mortgage.
The situation is I have bought 2 months ago a house for 173,950£ with Help to buy
MORTGAGE HALIFAX 30 years 129,700 5 year fix 2.56‰ no early charges up to 10% outstanding debt.
HTB 34590£
Spare cash :175£ weekly.
My question is what is the best way to spend that cash paying morgatge early and after 5 years remortgage And pay HTB or save the money and pay HTB early.
