PureProfile Survey Site - Discussion Thread (Merged)

Options
Hi Money guru's

I am using PureProfile and have a whopping £2.05 earned so far. I can fill in surveys, update my profile but when I click on some of the "searched for sponsored listings" the browser just tries to connect and then eventually times-out. I've tried sending them a message through their feedback form and I experience the same problem - so I don't think they every get the message.

Anyone else experienced these types of problems with pureprofile?

Cheers,

  • I'm not a member of PureProfile, but I believe they can be contacted at: info@pureprofile.com

Might want to give that a try.

i've started checking into pureprofile a few times each day - in the last week i have pressed the next button and had about 10/15 sponsored searches in a row, at 5p each. i also find that they don't send emails very often as i've caught a few surveys that way too. i have had things time out whe i've linked from an email, but i guess i assumed that they had enough people and the link was down...... hope the email in the post above helps!

  • On the subject of Pure Profile, I must warn you that they are TERRIBLE at paying out when you finally get to the £25 minimum cash payout level. It took me over 2 months from requesting the cash redemption to finally getting it, and that was after several e-mails to them. I finally told them I wasn't going to use the site any more, then coincidentally I'm sure (?) they paid up!
There was a thread recently on the site where many people were having the same problem with Pure Profile.

I am a member of other survey sites such as TNS, and Toluna, and have never had any problems with them.

I used them and got plenty of emails etc, but as my money started to slowly mount up, the emails stopped. To be honest I have given up with them and other sites like these, they are a waste of time IMO, though there are one or 2 that are worth bothering with.
