Sofa discoloured - where do i go next

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
I purchased a sofa from what I believed to be a reputable local shop in July 2016. They offered to scotchguard the sofa before delivery & I paid for this also.
I have noticed that my sofa has now started to discolour from the original mink colour to a patchy pink shade. I could understand if it was only the back of the chair that is always in the window, but its is every part of the settee.I also have another sofa in another room(also at the front of the house) much longer, without any discolouration.
I contacted the retailer who told me basically that I'm out of warrenty & its not their problem. I quoted the Sale of goods act, but they said they wouldn't be doing anything about it.
I really don't expect to pay £2500 for a sofa to look like this after 2 years. I don't know what to do next. Otherwise the sofa is in perfect condition with minimal wear & tear.
Any ideas what I should do next?

Get an independent report and take it from there. How did you pay for the sofa?
