Help.... Local mine search

Hi All,
We had our searches done and it came back with 2 mines within 20 meters of the boundaries. We then paid an extra £150 to have the extensive search done in order to satisfy our Mortgage Lender (NATWEST). We had this report back and its states that
The risk of coal mining subsidence was to occur because of ground movement due to the mine entry, the
entire property (as shown on the plan) is outside the area likely to be affected. Our opinion takes
into account the thickness of the superficial deposits, the potential difference between the actual
and the plotted positions of the mine entry and its diameter/maximum width.
The conclusion
In our opinion, the entire property (as shown on the plan) is not at risk of coal mining subsidence
damage from the subject mine entry. This is because it is not within the area of possible ground
movement
My solicitor is currently on A/L however her secretary called me to say that Natwest had received the reports but havent reviewed them yet, if they are happy they will confirm, if not they will refer it to the surveyor.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? What are the odds of natwest withdrawing our mortgage offer...
Thanks in Advance x

Bumping a thread after 49 minutes? Calm down! I don't see anything to worry about from the report you've quoted, do you?0

Yeh mining searches nearly lot of areas have houses in mining areas ours is one of them. We have sold our home, been in it just under 5 years still have the deeds with thr mining search on them. I don't know why solicitors have to do mining searches again on the same property to me nothing much will change. But I suppose its to justify fees, just my take on it.0

Thanks SIB2018, I just hope our mortgage doesnt get pulled because of it0

The report says property is not at risk of subsidence due to the location of the mine......so what's the problem? Solicitor has a duty to report findings to the lender, but there's no issue, so shouldn't be an issue.0

Basically will be fine is the same bog standard paperwork we got back. We keep being asked about drainage issue when we already replied back to the solicitor weeks ago. They where asking questions like are we connected to public sewer said yes, any issues or access required said no issues or access required.
But they asked the same question again couple days ago just replied what drainage issue? and in polite way what where they going on about?0 -
Also asked us to confirm an answer that was not clear?? Basically a fence boundary we put it back as it originally should have been as there was a small piece of land that was private one of the past owners decided to square off the fence and go over it because it was easier. We corrected this when sold the house, and already confirmed 3 times it is now as it should be. Talk about tearing hair out.0

Solicitor said it was to tick off their solicitors check list, not sure what that means.0
