Office-World are doing a Xiod 17" TFT Monitor for £124.98 instore. Brand New with 3 Yrs Warranty, These Monitors are Made by LG(Phillips). Seems ok, Bought one Myself.

    Is this an offer in your local store only or nationwide, want one, but our office-world has changed to staples, does not seem available there, anymore info gratefully received.....thanks

    I got mine in Edinburgh, They were displayed alongside the other TFT's in office world. Dont appear to be on the website.

    That link gives the impression it made by Samsung ( not philips or LG)..
    Does it look like that picture ( which is very much like the Samsung 710). If so its better looking than many of the cheapies ( like the tacky looking Digimates)

    Is there any mention of the all-important refresh rate on the box or in the manual ?

    The response time of 30 ms is terrible, you would be be much better off if you go for this
