Is it Correct that Puzzle 8 and 22 Down both have the answer PROD?

I see Deany's have 22 down as LOCK
Also they have 13 down as PERSECUTES saying that is present tense rather than past.

Looking at various sites it would seem that 22 down is indeed LOCK and 13 down seems to be unanimously for the present tense as Thingamambob states.
