So I ordered a load of nail polishes from ellagray.co.uk, when I ticked Paypal I was taken to their site, said my payment would be going to styxie, I assumed this is the sellers PayPal username, not so, Ella Gray have a British website, but are actually trading from the USofA, at no point was I made aware of this, now I find that if I want to collect the items I have ordered rom the post office I would have to pay a hefty import tax, almost as much as the price of the goods themselves, no thank you.
I informed PayPal but they are next to useless, surely Ella Gray should state that they are trading from US and normally when I purchaserd goods from abroad PayPal give me the conversion rate, this did not happen with this order, at no stage was there any sign of this order not being British.
I am fuming!

It's up to customers to do their own research, unfortunately. There's no indication that the site is British either. The .co.uk suffix means nothing and can be bought from anywhere in the world.0
