Step Change are great, you can speak to them about anything happening with your debts.
If it comes down to it and you're unable to make a DMP payment then they'll help by either taking just a token payment or skipping a month.
That said, I'd hope you'd be able to get your money back...

Thanks. Step Change have been great and let me move my first payment date. Lending Stream have acknowledged my complaint so I will wait and see what their response is.0
