Wife payslips from my company

Hi,
My wife and I want to apply for our first mortgage.
I am an employee of one company which I will be using for my mortgage application.
I also have my own limited company which I used to work for, but now entirely for this other company. I do not take a wage or dividends. My wife is a PAYE employee of the limited company though (but not a director).
Is there any issue that I would be a director of the company she takes a wage from? Is that something that worries a mortgage lender, or would they not care/take it into account as long as she get's the payslips and money into her account?
Thanks!
