Hi, I’m new here and wondered if anyone has used Click Mortgages and Together Mortgages? We looking st shared ownership of a house and Click Mortgages have managed to get us an AIP with Together Mortgages.
These are more specialised as our credit isn’t brilliant. Their testimonies are positive but I wanted to know if anyone here has used these and how successful were you with them?
TIA

Ive not used Click Mortgages (obvious reasons), I have used Together.
Together are what they are, never the easiest lender to deal with but there is a reason you have gone to them. In the main they are fine, but it might seem like hard work to get there - unless your broker shields you from it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thought I’d update, incase anyone else has used them or might need to....so far, they’ve called us to talk about our adverse credit. They have requested another copy of the direct debit mandate as the one that was send was slightly faded as ink was running out (!). And the valuation on the property was done yesterday!
We can only hope that they won’t say no now. Though our broker is extremely confident in Together saying yes. I’ll update again when I know more.1 -
Another update, just Incase someone needs it. We got a conditional offer yesterday! Our solicitors have to satisfy the conditions and we should get the binding offer next week. I’ll update again when this happens.0
