Asda stopped sending me vouchers

Hi MSE Forum, first time poster. I am looking for some advice.

When i first signed up to ASDA groceries deliveries they used to send me vouchers, such as 10 pound off when i spent 40 pound or more. However they have not done so in 3/4 months and i am wondering why they have stopped. Is there an algorithm that stops sending this out once you are a repeat customer?
