How can you know she has a CCJ against her if you don't even know her real name? Yet you seem to know what cars she drives and what holidays she takes, that she doesn't declare her income for tax*, but you can't find out where she lives? Her 'employers' aren't going to reveal anything or deduct anything, because, as has been repeatedly pointed out, she is self employed.
As sourcrates says, if you want to pursue this, you need professional legal advice.
* cash in hand might be untraceable by the HMRC, but bank transfers to her account most certainly are.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

Because she openly posted publicly her 'outrage' about having been issued with a CCJ for not paying a parking-fine.
I know what car she drives as she talks about it alot, plus when she worked for me once she drove it to the studio.
I know what holidays she goes on as once again she tweets publicly about it, plus told me about it.
And I know she doesn't declare her income for tax as she has disclosed that to me.
However I have no physical way of finding-out her home address since it's not exactly publicly disclosed online, as it's her private home address.
Not sure how you personally think it would be obtainable??
But ok no worries I will ask on that legal-begals forum instead.0 -
You could follow her home from work? Facebook? Or just employ a tracing agent?
To state the obvious, without a (real) name and address, you are not going to get far with any legal process.
Do you honestly think that some one who is engaging in tax evasion is going to boast about it to all and sundry? No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

As mentioned, the TV channel doesn't publicly disclose it's studio address, so I wouldn't be able to 'follow her home from work'.
Moreover that would be stalking, and I don't fancy getting a criminal record.
I have looked at the court website and they say claims can be bought against people regardless of whatever name they trade under.
As anyone (everyone) could simply just change their name to avoid repaying debts if tha was all it took.
And a 'tracing agent' would just be a waste of money, as they have no access to any databases which I cannot access myself.
I have decided that what I'm going to do is serve a 3rd party debt order against her bank account (as I know her sortcode & account number), to freeze all the money in her bank, and then take possession of whatever amount she has in there.
If she has the full £1,500 I will be fully reimbursed.
If the amount in there is below the full sum I will then simply serve a 2nd 3rd party debt order against her via the company she works for/who pay her wages.
As whilst if she is employed on a sub-contractor contract I cannot have an AOE order served against her to have it deducted from her wages,
I can instead just have the money (wages) 'owed' to her by that company frozen, and then passed over to me.
So she will then lose all the money in her bank account, plus also lose her next pay-cheque too!
*Afterwards I additionally will report her to the police for theft, as that is what she did, steal the money from me,
however I firstly want to get all my money back, before then reporting her to the police.0
