    Your pension has probably grown more than a lot of final salary pensions given we have had a pay freeze for several years, then only 1%. pay increases over a lot of that time.
  • Thank you all, this is reassuring, although I realize its not an 'investment' type, I think I imagined roughly 3% p.a. increase so thought 15% / 7 was very low. Does anyone know what the CPI rates are for the last as many years or perhaps where I could find this information ? Thank you


    As im not contributing to the 1995 anymore, I only get the flat CPI on it too given that its Deferred (I dont get the 1.5% as its 'not linked' - more than 5 years break) with likely less death benefits on this one (no adult dependant but a daughter).
