So I guess my question is whats the difference between Aldi and H.Bargains vitamin tablets?

My Mum insist I take daily vitamins now Im over 50
I got some from Aldi Ive been taking but trouble is they are the size of horse pills and difficult to swallow
My wife got some more from Home Bargains which are positively tiny
So I guess my question is whats the difference between Aldi and H.Bargains vitamin tablets?
If you take vitamin tabs what do you take?

Aldi sell a multi vitamin tablet which you dissolve in a glass of water - 30 tablets for around 99p.

They do turn your urine florcesant yellow but also has the side effect of strengthening your nails

I'd say that you need to compare the dosage and ingredients of Lidl and Aldi rather than the size of the pills. So something like how many mg of whatever vitamin per pill. If both are the recommended daily dose the you'd be happier with the smaller size pill.


Personally I take glucosamine and cod liver oil because I know my joints get a lot of wear but I don't think you can go far wrong with a multivitamin although you shouldn't substitute it for a good diet.
