help!

Hello,
I hope some kind members here can help ease my anxiety ahead of the long weekend. Tody we heard the following from our broker: Hi Amber, it looks like HSBC have approved your application. They have sent a message saying " we are pleased to confirm your application has been approved, a mortgage offer document will be issued upon ID and VA checks being completed". I don't know whether I can get excited about this? what is VA? Is this positive news and likely we'll receive a full offer? AHHH!

It sound like good news to me. I think VA check will be a verification check. If you weren't going to get the full offer they would have told your broker I presume. Congrats!!
  • Thank you! It just feels too good to be true and I guess ill continue to be nervous until I see it in writing! You've made me feel better, anyway :)
