Anyone here an optician? Wearing cheap contact lenses for a short time?

Hi there
I currently use the Boots Contact Lens Reward Scheme for my contact lenses and I am happy to pay the premium for Dailies Total 1 as these seem to be the healthiest lenses for my eyes. I get my eyes checked regularly and have never had any aftercare problems (touch wood)
However, some days I go to the gym after wearing my glasses all day, or I might go in the morning, and I end up wearing a pair of lenses for less than 2 hours - not very moneysaving!
I was thinking about picking up some cheaper lenses from somewhere like Visiondirect to wear on these occasions - as I mention, I would be wearing them for less than 2 hours at a time.
Other than possible comfort issues, could I cause any EYE HEALTH issues by doing this?
Does anyone else do this?
Cheers
