No he has no careers etc .

I looked up about the six year rule, however as the company constantly chased him for the six years . It seems that it won’t stand0

I’m also very concerned for his elderly mother. As it’s her address they’ve caught up with him at . Yet he honestly works away most of the year doing labouring for a demolition firm . This is just his postal address .0

Given that this is confidential information relating to the circs of a vulnerable adult, I don't think it's wise for you to give any more details on here. It would be a good idea if you took him to the CAB. It would also be wise for him to tell his mum not to open the door to anyone, and to make sure the windows and doors are locked. They can't force their way in, but they can gain 'peaceful entry', so if she lets them in or if the door's open they can take a levy. They won't take goods right away, but they will slap on an additional charge as they have visited.0

Does your friend get support from a Community Mental Health Team? If so, then there is a chance he might be eligible for professional advocacy. If not, there are still plenty of agencies that may be able to advocate on his behalf, or at the very least sign-post him (and you) to an agency that can provide both support and advice...
