Terms and Conditions

6.1The Winner will receive four nights accommodation based on four people sharing at the Westin New York Times Square, including return transfers on an airline of the Sponsor's choice from the international airport closest to the winner's home address to [the Hotel] (the "Prize"). Accommodations are based upon availability, may be subject to blackout dates and must be reserved in advance of booking air travel. The flight must be booked at least three weeks in advance of travel dates. Once the flights are booked, any changes to the itinerary are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges will be charged to and payable by the Sponsor. However, the Winner is solely responsible for other expenses including but not limited to visa requirements (if applicable), rental vehicles, meals, gratuities, insurance, activities, and other incidental expenses connected with the Prize.

Travel must be completed by 1 December, 2008.

6.2The Winner may invite three travelling companions aged over 21 to accompany them. All winners must hold a valid passport and must organise and pay for any required visas and must not have any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from taking the Prize. The Winner and travelling companion are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines, hotels and other third party service providers used in connection with the Prize. The Winner and travelling companion may be required to produce proof of age satisfactory to the Sponsor.

6.3The Prize is non-endorsable and non-transferable and no alternative or substitution is permitted except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6.4In no event will more than one Prize be awarded.

6.5While the Sponsor will make every effort to provide the Prize as detailed in clause 6.1, the Sponsor reserves the right in its discretion to substitute a prize of equal value.
