Huel

Has anyone got any experience of this product
https://uk.huel.com

Thinking about using it as a meal replacement for lunchtimes.

What did you think of it? which flavour did you go for?

Thanks

That's spooky! I was just reading about huel earlier today on a healthy eating blog, what a good idea so I've searched for more details about it. Lots of information here https://www.reddit.com/r/Huel/

Hey, I tried it. It comes in five different flavours and I tried all of them except that one with coffee flavour.

This is great idea because really can change your meal and you can feel pretty satisfying after eating/drinking it. But, to be honest I don't like any of these flavours because it's kinda insipit and idk but, I just miss my real food even after drinking it.

I ordered it before. There's an alternative to it, which is very similar called Whole Fuel from https://www.myprotein.com. It might be cheaper if you can get some discount codes for it.

I enjoyed both but i prefered Huel
It was thicker and i went for the mild Vanilla flavour where as the Whole Fuel is thinner consistency and too sweet for my liking. It doesn't have Vitamin K either

I'd recommend blending it as the shakers don't mix it great and you end up with chunks of it floating about. Have it chilled as well if possible.

If you go for unflavoured or the mild vanilla it's nice to have with some berries as well. I usually put in a small handful of raspberries and blueberries to add some flavour and the frozen ones from Asda are good value.
