Damaged prize

Hi all,
I won a competition which was a premium gift set of brut (the aftershave brand). It arrived and it was a toiletries bag with various items in but one of the items had smashed, so there was token glass everywhere and it was really strongly scented. I emailed the company and explained and included pictures but haven’t had a response. I chased it up and still no response. Is there anything I can do? I had to throw all the items away as the smell was so strong.
